Their newspaper delivery driver stole my package from Amazon at 5 o’clock in the morning caught on camera. The manager of the building went to them and told them they didn’t want him back in the building. We went to the police too, but nothing was done and this man is still in our building. This is how much the journal thinks of people.

Small expensive publication that makes impediments to canceling your subscription. The amount of news coverage in the paper is comically scanty.

I paid $500 to have the paper delivered to my home. On the 5th day I didn’t receive it. It reminds me of why I haven’’t subscribed for home delivery for the past several years. Plus you can’t reach anyone on the phone.

I've clicked on one of their news stories twice over the past 3 years. Both times they offered to give me access for $1 a month for 3 months. I can cancel anytime. Both times I have done so they mysteriously didn't process my cancellation request and they started charging much bigger amounts to my credit card. They will not refund me money. Before allowing me to cancel, i had to sit on the line with a woman who continued to pitch me freebies to stay on as a customer. "No" "No" "No". "Plese Cancel". she just kept talking and ignorming my request. It's pretty fraudulent at the core. Never again.

You call me to restart the paper. Your first representative forgot to put my information in the system. So, you have someone else to call me to restart my subscription. The paper never showed up and so I called customer service and your representative tells my subscription was terminated because I had a balance on my account. No one from your paper ever mentioned this nor tried to contact me about it. Good riddance! No wonder printed press is dying!!

Very quick unload once you find the receiving office. Keep going around building and you will see the signs. Don't let the first couple dock doors fool you. Keep riding around that second corner and you will find the office your looking for when wanting to unload 53ft trailer loads

This place was a terrible place for my daughter to work.. they only pay 8.50 and do not give out raises. They treat their employees like second-class citizens and do not appreciate good workers...my daughter told me that they especially treat black people badly..I haven't bought a newspaper since she left there and NEVER will again..this place needs to be shut down or investigated
