Terrible experience. Called and booked a popcorn machine for our child’s birthday party and received a call two day before the party they overbooked the machines and it was no longer available! Terrible customer advice and left me in a lurch.

We absolutely loved working with everyone we encountered at Happy Rentz. They exceeded vendor expectations and were very friendly, always helpful, and even came out to help us figure out the rental sizes we needed. They were always on time, had great communication, and were affordable compared to similar quotes. If we ever need rentals for a local event again, we will be back! 10/10 recommend.

We had an appointment to discuss rentals for our wedding. I made the appointment a month in advance and we get there and no one showed up to the appointment. We called the 2 managers phone numbers, one’s voicemail is full. The second answered, hung up. And did not pick up when we called again. Wasted our time

I remember Happy Rentz as a very organized business. I was disappointed at the disarray, dust, unorganized displays. Everything looked more like an old antique shop. Sad to have seen them go down. I saw one side of the store more organized and the other part not so much. Maybe a good cleaning and reorganizing is needed. More items on display is needed. Not much to choose from. Maybe a professional display designer is needed.

Martye has a wonderful personality, is very witty and professional. She was so helpful with suggestions for everything we would need for our wedding reception- colors, patterns, linens and textures, china pattern, flatware, tables, chairs, etc. I shared our wedding vision with her and she and her staff delivered! Outdated! extremely expensive fees most products appeared to have been used for a carnival one employee black male short kinda stocy was actually dancing in the storage area SMH

Staff is wonderful especially Miss Marty!! Very helpful and knowledgeable I have been a customer since 2016 and have never had a real issue. Small issue once but it was handled very swiftly because they care about their customers!

We walked in to try to rent some items for a event. We were in the lobby. Items a lady with a customer & another sales person who was doing g nothing. She walked by never acknowledged us. The other sales person didn't either. We left & I called back the sales person was rude & then hung up on me. Trash.

Working with Happy Rentz was great and not to mention fun! Marty knows her stuff. We went with our wedding planner (Carter Creations) and in a quick session were shown a variety of styles that fit our vision. We had a vision of multiple textures, layers, and . Marty kept noticing where my eyes would go in the room, even if we didn’t say what we wanted. She’d have a gut feeling and introduce ideas that it seemed like we’d like better. We had fun. And they have some really cool out the box things there too from lace, sequin, velvet and they gave help to know how to bring it all together where it could still be very simple elegant and upscale.Having a rental place that’s an expert on weddings helped to give us out of the box ideas and the best textures/ colors that would fit our wedding specifically.. mansion venue/outdoor in the summer. They worked with our wedding planner as we switched up a couple ideas last minute. A fun place to play and definitely a great resource for your wedding day. Happy Rentz was a breath of fresh air in the midst of the many decisions we had to make that week. Thank you Marty!

Friendly staff Good service Called them in July and made reservations. A week before the date, HR Called me to remind me. The purchase was really smooth . I got to the company, and there was a little hiccups. But in the end everything was resolved. The next time I come to North Carolina I will use this company. I will tell everyone to use this company. We worked with Happy Rentz for our wedding rentals through Bella Collina. Martye was so much fun to work with, and walked us through exactly what was needed. She really took the time to sit down with us and help us find pieces that complimented our personality and vision. Martye’s insight and expertise helped us put together such a beautiful wedding! We couldn’t be happier with their service.

Happy Rentz is amazinggg!!!! I recently had my wedding and throughout the entire planning process, I was out of the country so Happy Rentz helped me choose all the linens, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. to match my wedding theme. I just sent them inspiration photos and they picked out everything according to those and they did a perfect job. I'm so grateful for their help! 10/10 would recommend to anyone hosting an event :) :) -Annie

I rented tables and chairs from them. I couldn't get them to deliver the item's that I rented. I had to move the 9 tables and 30 chairs myself. Some of the tables were worn around the edges. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will not be renting from them ever again

Greg and Matt went way above and above our expectations! They were so conscientious and diligent in the set up and break down, we could not have asked for anything more!! Highly recommend!

Our daughter’s rehearsal dinner was a disaster. It was supposed to start at 6:00 but the Happy Rentz people were late getting there and our rehearsal dinner was over an hour late in starting- how embarrassing for our guests to be standing around waiting!! They even had to come back the day of the wedding to finish the dance floor at the last minute. This is the type of service that you definitely don’t need for a wedding!!

We were assured everything would be set up and ready to go…nothing was set up like it was suppose to be and it ruined my rehearsal dinner. Everyone stood around watching the tent be set up for well over an hour….unacceptable. The crew was rude. It was a train wreck. The only way everything got done was because my fiancé and wedding party helped set it up. Super embarrassing and disappointing. Once everything was set up it was beautiful but I do not recommend if you want everything up and ready for your event. Not to mention it was all “suppose” to be done at the latest, that morning. If you’re paying someone this much money you want it to be done right.

Went WAAAYYYY Above & Beyond to make sure Carolina Model Railroaders had the items needed for event, even calling in a competitor to help. No better service/problem solvers anywhere

Initial meeting was great, explained very well what all was included, extra, not needed, and helped to cut costs. Very professional and amazing to work with.

Martye was wonderful and very helpful in picking out our rentals for our wedding at Bella Collina. There were tons of options for us to choose from and Martye made it super easy to realize the vision we had for our wedding. She was also very responsive when we wanted changes made!
