Will return! The rooms were spacious and the check in process great. We ate at the Finial several times and it was always great! David helped me with my luggage and was so very nice and helpful.

First I will say the hotel is beautiful as it should be for the price. It's getting a little tired but still beautiful. A couple of things I encountered that were annoying. One I pulled up on a cold winter day not greeted by valet or a bellhop. I took my luggage in the door and see someone who sings like the valet and was standing inside in the warm. I asked if they could value my car and he said they could and went to get me a ticket. When I asked him if he was familiar with driving a rivian electric suv he said no. I decided to Self park at the charger myself at that point. Still no bellhop so I took my luggage to my room. Upon returning to park my car I discovered that charging at the Grandover Resort is a paid service that also charges Idol fee and my rivian was set to be done charging it 12:30 in the morning. So if I didn't come out around midnight and take my car off of charge I would be assessed fees until I took it off in the morning. Charging for charging is annoying at a fairly high priced hotel. Motel 6 I could understand. Next I went to my room to iron my clothes for the week and the iron Nicked my shirt in 2 places before I discovered it was damaged. I called the front desk and explain the iron Nicked my shirt and they offered to bring me a new iron but nothing about my shirt being ruined. The person who delivered the iron also didn't seem to care that my shirt was ruined. Again not a great experience for a seemingly high-end hotel.

The amenities are fantastic, rooms are spacious and comfortable but it’s the staff that makes the Grandover special! The staff were exceptional from reservation to making sure all of our needs were taken care of!

I wanted to make sure that everyone at the Grandover knows what an amazing experience it was to be able to stay here while the Walking for Peace monks visited. It must've been very difficult to manage all of the aspects of the event, but all of you were friendly and kind and accommodating to my family while we were guests. The people in the cafe did a wonderful job of taking care of the huge number of folks in there. But the super star of the Grandover was Kelly Harrill, one of the Grandover's executives. Kelly, you took it upon yourself to approach us personally to see if we were having a good experience. As I told my family members, some people have charisma-you you have charisma with authenticity. My family feels very fortunate that you took the time to have a meaningful conversation and unforgettable experience with us. This is a top notch resort and highly recommended for anyone looking for an upgrade from most nice hotels. Thank you, Grandover staff. You are appreciated!

The Grandover is a beautiful and spacious resort with multiple dining, bar, and coffee options. Did not use their spa services but the pool and hot tub were very nice and the locker rooms and showers well appointed. The staff were excellent. Would love to have a chance to return.

A Wonderful, Elegant Destination For a trip to visit relatives over holidays, someone recommended Grandover as a good place to stay. Wow, was it ever! We were awed by the elegant beauty of the lobby as soon as we arrrived & the entire experience over 4 days was outstanding. The room was perfectly clean & comfortable with a golf course view, service throughout the hotel was cheerful & prompt, and the restaurants were top notch! We’re so impressed that we will likely make another trip just to enjoy this great hotel again! A beautiful & outstanding resort hotel!

Grandover Resort The Grandover was a welcoming accommodation after a long drive. There was a restaurant inside the resort so there was no need to leave to find a place to eat. Delicious crab cakes and a glass of wine in the Finial Restaurant. I recommend.

Relaxation weekend My weekend celebrating the importance of relaxation and friendship was everything. Jayme Bridges Pass, the spa director and her team provided next level service to over 100 women. No detail was missed. The relaxation room...double the size please. Jim, our golf instructor was golden. If you are looking for a girls trip big or small....let Jayme and the Grandover team curate your dream into reality. I'll be back soon!

Love this hotel and spa! I was there the 11/13-15 with the Girlfriends Inc. and had an amazing time. The hotel is beautiful and already decorated for Christmas. The staff was fantastic and the foos at Finial was delicious! I plan to go back.

Jamye is a jewel! Jamye Bridges-Pass provided next level, superior service and collaboration for our 120 women spa retreat. From inception thru final goodbye, she gave our group of women from across the nation an experience we will cherish forever. Special kudos to Spa Asst. Director Yasmine, spa technicians- Steven, Relada, Isaiah, Tyler, Christina and Nakia! Outstanding! Huge thank you to the bellmen team, but especially David and Zach (who we tried to adopt). Great Beautiful resort. Well Appointed. I would rate 5 stars; however, the staff (bartenders) were not friendly. Did not proactively offer a menu, or to take a drink order. There we 4 people at the bar total (including myself and husband), and was still not offered service. The bartender with dreads (fair skinned) seemed out off by lgbtq clientele. Atleast that is the impression that we collectively received. in addition, we attempted to order room service at 11pm and was told that room service was no available. After further investigation, we learned that security handles room service and were detained for another incident and delivery could not be promised. We were told to come downstairs to retrieve any food items we may want. Unacceptable.

Our Wedding We are beyond grateful for Rebekah DeMarcantonio, our incredible wedding coordinator, who made our special day absolutely seamless. From the moment we arrived, her attentiveness and calm presence set the tone for a stress-free celebration. Her eye for detail was impeccable—every element was perfectly in place, and not a single issue arose at the venue. Thanks to Rebekah’s expert coordination, everything flowed effortlessly and all we had to do was soak in the joy of the day. Our guests had a fantastic time, and we received so many compliments on how smooth and beautiful the wedding was. Rebekah truly went above and beyond, and we can’t thank her enough for helping bring our vision to life.

Perfect home base while visiting colleges We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The food choices are great and the amenities are top notch. The rooms are nicely appointed and the beds were comfortable. Self parking was super easy and had no trouble finding a spot. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is an amazing. The hospitality is top notch. We pulled up to the resort, the valet service was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The check in was so smooth and accommodating. The room and the view was breathtaking. We spent time at the bar. Drinks are great. The live entertainment was so southern and welcoming. So we had to participate. The room service supervisor Mrs Kathryn made sure our food was served with the highest quality ingredients. The presentation of all our meals was so speechless. Once again, Yall must visit this resort and stop and see Mrs Kathryn and allow her and her staff to service you. Believe me you won’t regret it. I, Mr. Will, will be back.

Only went there for breakfast and it was delicious, also walked around the facilities and could not believe the beauty and elegance of the property. I will be going back hopefully soon.

Just horrible for the cost of a room for a night and we were met with the most uncaring staff that just wanted to brush off this horrible experience. I expected more from a luxury resort and for a special 30th birthday celebration that just was extremely lack luster and frankly cheap.

The staff was friendly as well as other customers staying. The whole atmosphere was amazing. There's lots to do even if you stay at the hotel itself. It's located somewhere that's beautiful but hidden away just enough traffic isn't a nightmare.

We have travelled all over the world but we have never had such welcoming service by hotel staff. Stephanie in reception was amazing in helping me to set up my surprise marriage proposal to my girlfriend. The service from all of the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful above and beyond. The spa was beautiful and the food and setting of the Finial restaurant was memorable. We can’t wait to return!

Stayed at the Grandover due to its proximity to Furnitureland south (this is a golf resort and we are not golfers). What an enjoyable experience. The room was a typical room but well appointed and clean.We had both dinner and breakfast at the onsite restaurant Finial and it was fantastic. Quality food, perfectly cooked and a nice atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Have nothing bad to say, was a perfect stay.Would definitely stay again.

A very upscale, premiere resort with 2 first class golf courses and a wonderful restaurant. Was here for a 3 day golf tournament and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Comfortable rooms, great pool and hot tub. There is a spa and fitness facility on-site.

Conference was good and the guest rooms were clean. The shower head was angled in an oblique position. A soap dispenser by the sink would be preferred over wasteful bar soap that didn't disinfect as completely.

The resort is very nice. Loved the pool and spa. The ceiling in the pool area is being renovated but caused no issues for us. The game room and fire pit areas were a nice place to relax and they even had a talented guitarist playing. Really enjoyed him. The suggestions the concierge gave for dinner were absolutely the best! Southern Roots and The Full Moon Oyster Bar are not to be missed. Greensboro and Jamestown are beautiful with such friendly people.

Very odd treatment for this type of hotel The facility is excellent. Most of my staff interactions weee great. I rated it three stars because I thought two stars would be unfair. The room was great. The facility itself is gorgeous. All of the amenities are top notch. My problem is I chose this hotel because I was on a business trip. I went down after check in to see what time check out was and was told 11:00 but I could get a complimentary checkout of 12:00. I asked to please be given that. The staffer rather curtly said (eventually three straight times despite three different questions) “sir you will have to do that in the morning.” This made no sense to me but I said fine. We had a late night so my zooms and conference calls started immediately when I awakened. On my first break I, as instructed called for a late checkout. The front desk person, again curtly, asked for my room number, paused and then said no. “We only allow a certain number of those”. I explained how I was instructed. Again “sorry. That can not happen”. The last reason I was told is “we only accept those requests until 9:00 am”. I have travelled all over the country. I’ve never heard any of this ever. So I had to rush to put my things together and find a way to kill time in between meetings and I still don’t know why. I can not say I will never come back to the hotel but I can say I will not return if I have other realistic options. Not one word of that policy made sense to me and not one second of the curtness was earned or understandable.

Job had our company outing here. The food and staff were amazing! Also, the restrooms were very clean..that's a plus! I highly recommend this venue for any business or public event.

The Grandover Resort is GREAT! My stay at the Grandover Resort was fantastic! The location to the Triad made transit a breeze. It is one of the finest, most accessible resorts in the southeast! The rooms were so comfortable , the food tremendous. The bar experience was very nice. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Next time I’m there it’s golf and the spa! Do yourself a solid and give them a try.

Magnificent night at Grandover Resort I recently had the opportunity to return to my hometown of Greensboro for a night with friends which included a stay at Grandover Resort. This was my first stay, and I can now say from experience that Grandover Resort is top tier. From check in to check out the stay was seamless. The architecture is stunning, the room was clean and comfortable, and I had a beautiful view of the surrounding area. Finally, I will say that the employees of Grandover were all pleasant and helpful and know how to make you feel like a valued guest. I will stay here again soon.

Amazing grounds! My hubs and I stumbled on this hotel with Trip Advisor. We were unsure what to expect but it was amazing. The room was clean, crisp, and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy with plenty of parking. You can play golf, pool, tennis, & work out!

A surprising pampered experience I debated over which hotel to book on our recent Greensboro trip but ended up with this one due to the spa amenities. This was the right move, super clean, very friendly staff with helpful tips about the area. Great restaurants and beautiful scenery. The golf courses are immaculate and the spa services are top-notch. The more we ventured around the city the more we asked ourselves if there was actually a reason to leave the resort.

A hotel with no housekeeping service Disappointed. For the per night rate you would expect housekeeping every day. After a 12 hour day at a business conference, instead of going to sleep I had to call housekeeping at 10pm and stay up while I waited to the replenishment of coffee etc. housekeeping didn’t make the bed or replenished anything. I loved this resort and visited it almost every other month but now I am reconsidering where I stay for future business in Greensboro. When I tried to address the issue with a manager the only person at the front desk was unable to get a manager. For $345 per night I would hope it’s enough to have someone make the bed and leave a coffee pod.
