Culinary Visions was absolutely AMAZING - the service, the food, the staff were all wonderful. They catered our wedding at Bella Collina, and I could not recommend them enough!! Gene was personally there to make sure everything exceeded our expectations, and they definitely did. And beyond!! The food is spectacular.. like some of the best I’ve ever had. I never thought I’d have food that good at our wedding!! The food at the tastings was exactly the same on the day of, and they had so many options to choose from. Not to mention - they allowed us to personalize our meal selection as the bride and groom to anything we wanted. He even sent us home with 2 full meals for the next day. I can’t thank Gene and Tracy enough for making our day that much more perfect. They were easy to work with, professional, and so so accommodating. 10/10 recommend!!!

Delicioso food and excellent service

Gene and his team have breakfast every Thursday morning at the Guilford Merchant Association’s BizLinks Networking group. It is alway so great! He always delivers a great spread of breakfast items- cheesy eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, toast and fruit. I would recommend Culinary Vision to anyone- their breakfast, lunch and dinners are so good.

Delicious delicious food! We got their champagne chicken, mac n cheese, and mixed veg buffet option. It was so delicious and tasteful. I highly recommend their risotto balls as an appetizer! Everything we tried during their tasting was so good that it made it hard to choose! They are also sweet because they give you a basket of everything that was served so the couple can enjoy it the next day. They are very professional and respectful. 10/10 service. Highly recommend!

Culinary Visions is absolutely incredible! They catered our wedding and our guests cannot stop RAVING about how good the food was! One of the most important things to my husband and I for our wedding was our food. We made it clear that we didn’t want the typical wedding fare. Instead, we opted for Southern Comfort foods. I’m from Charleston and can be pretty picky about my southern food. Everything they made was fantastic, but their shrimp and grits and pulled pork rivaled some of the BEST restaurants that I’ve ever been to! I also wanted to include something southeast Asian to incorporate something from my culture. Their chicken satay with the dipping sauce was so authentic! We are very happy with our decision with choosing Culinary Visions for our wedding. Some of our guests are still talking about the food! They also provided sangria for our wedding, which was delicious! Gene and his staff have gone above and beyond at both of our food tastings and at our actual wedding!

Culinary Visions provided food and drink for our daughter's wedding of about 30 people. They did a wonderful job preparing plenty of food and ensured it was hot and ready in time for the reception. Beverage service was also excellent. They worked well with the other service providers and made the whole event seamless and stress free.

Gene and Tracy were an absolute pleasure to work with! They were one of my favorite parts of planning our wedding. Not only did they help with our hot chocolate bar, they went above and beyond to ensure every detail about the food was perfect. They're also incredibly clear on pricing, which can be tough to find with some wedding vendors. We received MANY compliments on how delicious our food was after the wedding. I would book them again and again!

We used Culinary Visions for our wedding 9/18/22 and were really happy with them! The private tasting we had was awesome, the food was hot and delicious, and the champagne chicken sold us right away! Throughout the entire process they were very communicative and understanding with all of our questions. We got the shrimp bouchees, fruit skewers with sherry creme sauce, and spinach artichoke dip for cocktail hour and it was all delicious! We got the champagne chicken and bourbon steak for dinner and it was cooked perfectly and many guests told us they went back for 3rds and 4ths it was so good. There was plenty of food to go around and they were very attentive to my husband and I's needs the entire night. Would definitely use them again!

My husband and I were married yesterday (7/20/2022) and had culinary vision cater to our special day, and I could not imagine having anyone else there to take such good care of us or our guests. Highly recommend the champagne chicken, it is absolutely delicious! They did such an amazing job in taking care of my husband and I and making sure we had our food and we’re able to enjoy it on this crazy day. They even personally served us our plates and made sure we had everything we needed! For any occasion or catering need you can not go wrong going with these amazing caterers!

We hired Culinary Visions Catering as our caterer for our wedding at Castle McCulloch on November 16, 2021, and overall we highly recommend them! AMAZING food and an extremely friendly and caring chef. My only issue was with email correspondence, as this is a very busy time for weddings, and I had to sometimes follow up more than once before I got a response. On the day of the wedding, we had absolutely AMAZING appetizers and an outstanding dinner. We wanted Peruvian food, so we worked with the chef and gave him the two recipes for the two dishes we wanted, and they came out great!

Everything in their menu is excellent! The staff is professional and friendly. You cannot go wrong with Culinary Visions!!!

I had them cater my wedding at Castle McCulloch and they were amazing. Not only was Melinda (I believe her name was) a fantastic help on the phone, she also was so incredibly kind, I felt like I was her own daughter getting married, or something. Everyone that works here through email or phone was so, so kind. In person, they were somehow even nicer on our special day. We got veggies, a chicken with white gravy, red potatoes, bread, etc. Employees stood by the whole dinner to help everyone get their food. I had a small wedding of only about 35 people or less. During the meal, one of the employees was so so kind and made myself and my husband a plate, as well as my disabled grandparents who I'm not sure they would've known have trouble walking. They were so attentive, and did above and beyond. If I could have the food every day, I would. At the end, one of the employees even made plates for my husband and I to take home. She wrapped them up so well that they survived the 5 hour car ride back to Virginia. Everything about their work, presentation, incredible service attitude from front to end was stellar. I could not recommend them more if I tried. The food was also reasonably priced for the service and quality. I have guests calling and telling me how much they loved the food. Truly an amazing experience and I appreciate all they did for me on my wedding day.

Culinary Visions Catering does a great job of feeding a crowd great food, fresh and at the right temperature. It doesn't matter weather it's a cookout, corporate event or a wedding.

For our wedding, the food my wife and I had was cold and the chicken was dry. The menu we had was suppose to have new potatoes and we got potatoe wedges. Our guest thought the food was good, the staff was very friendly.

Gene, Tracy and their team is everything you could ever want from a catering service. My wedding was on 9.3.21 and the food was delicious. Our guests loved it. They even make a tasty Sangria (Whatever flavor you like). The communication was great the professionalism was awesome and they are so attentive to the most smallest needs. I 100% recommend them. We found Visions through one of the many wedding planning sites. They had incredible reviews and I was incredibly excited to work with them. Everything was a pretty smooth and easy process until a few weeks before our wedding. Unfortunately we had to change our date and communication started getting sparse. We would have to call/email multiple times to get a response. Picking out linens was not the easiest process. Instead of being shown what linens they had, I was shown what linens they thought I may like or they liked which made the decision process more difficult. On the day of our wedding, they arrived late. The linens we picked were covered in stains and the overlays chosen were not the right color and couldn’t be used. The color linens they sent were covered in bleach stains and again, could not be used. All of this I am trying to work through while getting my hair and makeup done. After our ceremony, the passed horderves never made it to the bridal party or family members while we were taking pictures. In fact, no one was aware we had these until a guest at our wedding had to tell the waiters to come serve the bride and groom. Our guests shared there were no warming plates so all the food was cold. We were given BUTTER KNIVES to cut a steak and the food was not what we had tasted during our tasting. It was incredibly disappointing that this was the outcome for something we were so excited about.

We learned about Culinary Visions Catering through our interview day at Bella Collina Mansion, and were very impressed with the tasty food and the great selection of dishes to choose from! Gene and Tracy were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had during the planning process. On the wedding day, the staff was very attentive and the guests loved the delicious food!

From the time we met with these guys until the reception, we were treated with so much respect and care. We were taking pictures after the wedding and they brought snacks and drinks out to us. The basket that they prepared for us when we left was perfection. It was the attention to details like this that won me over. The food...champagne chicken could be last meal. Oh yeah, and they made me butterbeer. Couldn't ask for better for the affordable pricing!!
