I stay 4 times a year at this property while on business travel . The corner suites are large and quiet. Perfect size and comfortable if staying multiple days. Veronica works the complimentary breakfast station and she is very polite and professional. She remembers the regular guest and makes us feel at home. I recommend the Embassy Suites if you are staying Greensboro NC.

The Embassy Suites is my preference when I’m on business travel. My last visit I was surprised to see the hotel rooms decor is still out dated. It would be nice to see new carpet and furniture in the lobby and in the rooms. This would enhance property.Breakfast on the hand was fantastic! Ms. Veronica remembered me from a prior business trip. She’s very personable and always provides outstanding customer service. I look forward to seeing her each visit.Lisa

I was recently at this Embassy Suites for a conference and had much interaction with the staff. Each staff member I encountered was helpful, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. They went out of their way at every turn to help. As one of the organizers it made our experience so much less stressful than it could have been. Looking forward to next year.

As an airline pilot and a seasoned traveler, I look forward to my layovers at Embassy Suites. One location in particular, GSO airport, has an added bonus. The friendliest and best “Omelet Lady” anywhere. She greets all her guests with a smile and goes above and beyond to serve a hearty home-style breakfast each and every time. I have stayed at this location many times throughout my career, never once was I disappointed by her charm and welcoming demeanour. Great location, wonderful customer service and atmosphere, excellent dining and after hours relaxation. The bedrooms have good space suite with amenities and furniture are more 90’s style but clean.

We love the staff and location. We travel frequently here for business and you couldn’t ask for a better staff. Al is GREAT and so is Veronica (makes the best omelette EVER).

I was surprised to see so many pilots and flight attendants here. The rooms need refreshing. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room, but brought in fresh towels.

Very nice hotel, I recommend it. Only weird thing is that they charge $10 to park in a veritable sea of parking lots and available parking. Seems a bit desperate, really.

Ms. Veronica at the breakfast bar is a breath of fresh air. Cheerful, upbeat, pleasant. A great start to your morning. The room my family had was the one room suite with sofa bed in the front. The children slept in the front with a television.

The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast buffet is delicious with many choices. We have our Annual conference here and they work well eith our staff.

Have spent numerous nights here for business and absolutely love the place. The people are fantastic. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing and chatting with Veronica, the omelet lady, and always have enjoyed talking with her and receiving her generous service to me and my crew members. She is a gem and I want you to know that she goes out of her way to serve us every time we come for an over night.

Service was excellent very friendly. The bartenders were very nice, especially Al.

Very nice hotel with some very nice features. Rooms are suite style and there is a bar/restaurant area that serves an extensive breakfast and happy hour. Fitness center is fairly rudimentary and there is a indoor pool of a decent size. The rooms are nice but the fixtures and features are a little dated. Still very convenient to the airport and for my purposes; very nice but lacking the "wow factor " for 5 stars.

Veronica the breakfast cook helps start each day with a smile. Very friendly, courteous, and does a great job preparing breakfast.

My husband and I want to give a shout-out to Ms. Veronica and Mr. Terrell. There was a with the wrong last name entered in the system, which delayed our breakfast. Home away from home.

Here for a conference, Al at the bar was amazing! We had great service in the Park Place even with how busy they were. Service is hardest in the rush and they were all still smiling and wonderful!

We got the wellness suite and our room was very clean which I was super happy about as I’m a clean freak. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The furnishings could use some upgrading and the fan didn’t work in the bathroom. Bathroom was also VERY small but the water pressure and shower head were great and water smelled clean. The pool was great but water too cold although fine for the kids. Breakfast was mediocre as far as the taste of stuff but I’m thankful they had it mostly for the kids. Not crazy about the sneaky $10 parking fee which they do not disclose beforehand- just seems a bit shady not to mention it.Overall, a great stay in spite of the downfalls especially because the hotel was calm and not busy at all.

I really enjoy staying staying at this hotel. Ki highly would recommend this hotel. Actually my entire Team stays here when we come to town to work in Eden, NC.I would like to make a special call out to Veronica,which deserves recognition. Over the years we got to know each other well and she always is cheerful and treats people with respect and make you feel right at home. Jenn at the restaurant made my entire day by giving immaculate service and going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I felt seen, heard, and like a valued guest! She deserves a raise! Also, she is funny!

First, I've been disabled and wheelchair bound for @32 yrs. Before I post any type of "negative/positive" review, legitimate ADA/wheelchair compliance etc, about my recent 3-day business lodging experience. And to be fair, again BEFORE I POST, I would like to at least give your hotel GM an opportunity to address the various issues and concerns around the multiple challenging and barrier laden areas throughout the hotel... it's 2024 and you'd think things i.e. hotel carpeting, placing a disabled person on 3rd and 6th floor because no availability (what if a fire broke out and elevators are non-accessable?) the hotel room shower area and room toliet heights, the rooms not being wheelchair friendly or the best of accessible... Please contact me or reply to this review David with some type of contact information please... Thxs (by the way, I have photos to compare what I was told my room would look like and when I arrived it was the total opposite of what was provided)

Great Surprises at This Greensboro NC hotel! Stayed here 2 nights for a conference. Lobby area is beautiful and staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The free breakfast bar with handcrafted omelets was a nice surprise, and the catered lunches were delicious. A bit pricier than our state rate, but worth it!

I stayed at the Embassy Suites for a work trip. They have a complimentary evening reception with two drinks. Al was our bartender both nights that I was at the hotel. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made my drinks quickly. Go to this hotel and see Al!

Great Customer Service! I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, but when I checked out, I left one of my belts hanging in the closet. I completed the chargerback form on their website, but I was back in Greensboro the following week, so I stopped by to see if they found my belt. They found it and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable at their hotel. I got there around lunchtime so they offered me a meal. I could not have had better service. Sandra, who works at the front desk, is wonderful and Derrick, the housekeeping manager, found my belt. Both of them were amazing. I hope I get to travel again and stay at their hotel.

Rooms were dated. Restaurant looks disgusting. I am an Hilton Honors Platinum member and I will never stay here again.

I came as a vendor at a convention, and they seemed organized. The buffet lunch was flavorful with salad, a veggie medley, and a fruit salad besides a pork loin and chicken Piccata.The hotel is six floors, which open around the center main floor and waterfall.

Nora was very helpful in our meal selection and very pleasant.

I was recently at your hotel for the NCCA Annual Conference. Two huge compliments: lunch on Friday was the best banquet meal I’ve ever had—the chicken was tasty and not dry, the brussel sprouts were delicious and perfectly cooked. The service team was excellent and friendly. In particular, Beverly (Virginia) went above and beyond for me. The conference organizers missed my food allergy and celiac note. Beverly went on a search for food for me on Saturday for lunch and it turned out great! Little things like that really add up.

I had the pleasure of having Nora provide service at the restaurant. She was attentive and kind. She made the extra effort to ensure everyone was enjoying the meal. She responded in a helpful way to special requests.
