“Our daughter had a destination wedding in Lake Lure, NC. It was a 3 hour drive from our home in High Point, through mountainous roads that had quite a few people car sick from the ride up. We ordered a cake from Elaine at Edible Artistry and of course had concerns about it's ability to make that trip. We felt it would be worth the risk, because her cakes are not just beautiful, they are simply delicious! Elaine assured us that we could make the trip with the cake. We transported it in the box Elaine provided. Once there, they stored it in their beer cooler from Thursday until Saturday. The cake was beautiful without a single flaw and so many people asked us where we found this delicious cake and went back for 2nds! I would advise you to use Edible Artistry's cakes, even if you need to transport them to a destination wedding."
